“They never showed up. We stood in the cold for 45 minutes waiting and messaging them. No response until after we managed to find a phone number for Viator and they called them directly. They said the tour operator had us down for the wrong date. As a result, we had to scramble to find a different tour with a different company. And due to the wasted time in our schedule, there were several things we didn’t get to see that we were really looking forward to later that day on the coast. So infuriating and unprofessional!”

“Booked the Black Cab Tour at least a week in advance through Viator. Received confirmation and they charged our credit card. At the appointed time the tour driver didn't show up. No contact information for the tour operator was provided. Called (at our international phone rate expense) Viator customer support and was told that the tour operator never received the booking and other than a refund there was nothing that could be done. That was our last day in Belfast and the tour was the one thing we wanted to do. Very poor performance on both Viator and the tour operator that they contracted with.”
